Tavern Scoundrel and Manamorphose are used to create the mana for any non-red spell costs (such as Stitch in Time ).

Use your Goblin Engineer to mill a Krark's Thumb , then pay to sack a Treasure , Land Mine, or Servo Token to bring it to the field if you don't already have one, or lost it to removal. Otherwise, you can search for a Traveler's Amulet and use it to put extra lands into your hand for mana ramp and to jumpstart Risk Factor .

Use Saheeli, Sublime Artificer 's activated ability to copy Krark's Thumb letting you flip 3 additional times for every one flip trigger (the way this works is that Original Krark's Thumb copies the triggered coin while the duplicate Thumb copies both of those coins, giving you 4 flips in total from which to choose your desired outcome).

Lastly is the secondary win condition, Chance Encounter which should be pretty easy to fulfill after using Saheeli, Sublime Artificer to copy Krark's Thumb , there is a 52.44% chance of Fiery Gambit to net you all ten counters in a single casting (93.75% win on the first set of flip, 87.89% win on the second, 82.39% on the third, etc, etc. until you get to ten counters or you fail all four of your flips).
