Good start, I love these guys!
I like that you included Fling and Thud.
When I built these partners I ended up cutting most of the fat (the bad coin flip cards like Wirefly Hive for example).
Other cuts I'd recommend:
Two-headed giant's wording doesn't work with your commanders (says heads/tails not "win"). Sorcerer's Strongbox is strictly worse than Tidings or... maybe perhaps Opportunity even in a coin flip deck. Crooked Scales is just wayyyy to mana hungry. Boompile will kill your commanders and maybe draw you a card. Ral Zarek will likely NEVER ult in multiplayer, but he's good if you put more high value rocks in your deck and can occasionally open the door for Okan. Creepy Doll eats up the 5 drop you'd rather use for either commander and usually doesn't get the chance to block.
Honestly you don't need to pack too much coin flip to make the deck work.
I'd focus on copying the effects to repeat coin-flipping for better value. You can even use cards like Strionic Resonator to copy coin flipping.
I highly recommend cards that provide Multiple combat phases for Okaun, Eye of Chaos such as Savage Beating, and Relentless Assault.
If you go the multiple combat phases route, check out any card that also says "at the beginning of combat" like Loyal Drake so you can the most value out of your turns.

Very Cool, I also built a coin flip and randomness deck, check it out if you like Random Acts of Randomness. Mine is Grixis partners, but thought I'd share.
Sorcerer's Strongbox should be included here. Here are a few others to consider: Puppet's Verdict, Wirefly Hive, Goblin Bomb, Goblin Bookie.
Nice to be able to include green to ramp up here.
