Mono Blue Milldeck for modern using Tron.

Control the game with counterspells and bounce, use mana and card advantage to mill your opponent out. There is no hurry since this deck can win out of nowhere. Increasing Confusion with tron online is pretty great card. Combine that with Fraying Sanity, and it wins games.
