Now that Phelia can blink Quantum Riddler for just as much value as Overlord of the Balemurk, it's time to explore a color other than black to pair with them! Red offers many proactive elements in Ragavan, Lightning Bolt, Phlage, and Fable of the Mirror Breaker that threaten to close games much quicker while also providing ramp, reach, value, and even a bit of life gain. I like Fable as a way to discard Phlage, but I felt that the deck was just a bit too loaded with turn 3 plays and not enough 2's, so I added in a couple of Faithful Mending as a way for us to churn through our library while gaining life and fixing our draws along the way.
