Only issue with this deck is the fact that other coloured cards aren't legal in mono-white commander.

Nice job, only thing left is Rise of the Hobgoblins . I like the budget on the deck, but if you have some ca$h lying around, Elspeth is a great planeswalker. Elspeth, Knight-Errant and Elspeth, Sun's Champion would be great here, as well as Ajani, Caller of the Pride .

I'm also thinking Captain of the Watch , Geist-Honored Monk , Akroma's Memorial and Emeria, The Sky Ruin .

Took out RoH, not sure what's wrong with the mana pie. Yeah, I like to keep this budget and elspeth costs a pretty penny haha.

All those cards are definitely something to be considered, but I'm not sure if five soldiers makes it worth putting Captain in, and Akroma's Memorial is a bit too expensive, but maybe not. I'll think about them :P. Thanks for the +1!

Since you are playing mono, try Emeria, The Sky Ruin and Rogue's Passage they would both help a lot.

some of these are probably a bit pricey but are still great if you can get a hold of them

Wrath of God and Wing Shards are pretty neat too

also cant forget Skullclamp and Sword of Fire and Ice

also if you change your mana curve so that there are less (or none) 5 and 6 CCs you can drop lands as well giving you more space for powerful cards which dont cost much given that a lot of your cards make your creatures fat anyway you may as well play more small creatures and grow themIf it were me id drop all the 5 and 6 cost cards take 5 land out and add 1 and 2 cost cards but thats just me

The problem with that is that I WOULD like some finishers, just in case my little guys don't get it done. Cards like Captain of the Watch and the angels help with mopping up.

I would like to make room for Skullclamp , but I'm not sure what I would remove.

thats just my opinion I play white weenie a lot and most of the games end turn 5 with only 3 land on my side with no more being needed. but my deck is far more expensive and this was years ago.

also i think the Sword of Fire and Ice would serve you better than Skullclamp unless you get the clamp early and before your creatures get too big and they dont die from it. its just a shame its so darn expensive, perhaps Mask of Memory instead?

i might make this deck online and test it out with a few of my own cards see how it goes will have to spend some money to get a few of those other cards haha
