Slight tweak to increase my land count. I have lots of ramp and cost reduction but just needed the extra lands to get started.
Added
- Forge of Heroes, kind of like Ruins of Oran-Rief but it doesn't enter tapped.
- Blasted Landscape
- Fractured Powerstone, because a -cost rock is better than a -cost rock.
Removed
- Strata Scythe: I have so many non-basics that I often don't have a lot of Wastes in play to make this big. Blackblade Reforged is just better.
- Rogue's Gloves: I prefer card draw that doesn't require me to deal combat damage first.
- Darksteel Ingot was leftover from when I ran Worldslayer. But now that I don't, it's just a more expensive mana rock than I need.
Needs more Shroud / hexproof because any control deck will ruin your day with this little creatures...

You have Sea Gate Wreckage in there twice, one in land, one in card advantage.
You're running Shrine of the Forsaken Gods but not Temple of the False God, I'd switch out or run both.
You've got a lot of utility lands, may be worth running Expedition Map
Not sure what your budget is for suggestions but you've got 68 artifacts in this deck so Metalworker is gonna give you more mana than all your rocks combined.

Victory Chimes loves being with Mind's Eye.
Also, how do you deal with Vandalblast and other boardwipes? besides Warping Wail?

Also, sorry for the spam, but don't you run into manascrew? I've tested the deck 20 times and more the half the times I didn't have mana at the start.

It would be really fun playing also the three Kaldra equipments: Sword of Kaldra, Helm of Kaldra and Shield of Kaldra.
Then, shouldn't you put some more lands? 32 seem not enough. Some good lands you could add are Command Beacon, Maze of Ith, Ancient Tomb, Field of Ruin
And, in my personal opinion, I'd put also a Sensei's Divining Top, it will increase the chances to find what you want.
