Testing yields mixed results:
- Realized that I need mana rocks to up my ramp count
- Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind
/Consecrated Sphinx often just sits in my hand with more pertinent things to cast...when finally cast doesn't survive a round without getting removed - Winds of Change shuffles my hand which is what I often don't want to do
- Needs more tutors and ways to recur cards from graveyard
- Feels like there are too many ways to combo and needs to focus down on just a few major ones with more support
- Always happy to see Tasigur, the Golden Fang
- Crucible of Worlds + Cephalid Coliseum is the MVP... including Expedition Map won't be a bad idea
- Tutors that put cards on top of library is actually a good thing in this deck with the amount of draw and library manipulation
- I have one too many wheel effects and cutting one down would be the right balance. With the amount of tutors, getting a wheel effect anytime would be no problem.
Changes 12/19/16:
- Elixir of Immortality: Useful if I have a tutor in hand but the card I need is sitting in the graveyard. Can also save my graveyard from hate.
- Fabricate/Personal Tutor: More tutors were needed.
- All legal talismans: Color fix and ramp
- Expedition Map: Searches for utility lands especially for recursion
- Green Sun's Zenith/Dryad Arbor: More ramp and X spells for Vial's trigger and Leovold, Emissary of Trest is a viable target too
- Engineered Explosives: Another mass removal for me to dump my mana into for Vial to do maximum damage
- Kruphix, God of Horizons: With GSZ, this card is now viable for another mana sink to fuel for later spells
- Fireball: Replaced labman as my win con and able to be another boardwipe is a bonus. Will be testing this and may replace this in the end.

I don't know, has Day's Undoing been good for you so far? I'd rather play Diminishing Returns or Time Spiral. Also Rashmi, Eternities Crafter seems like a random inclusion. Is there any special synergy with her that I'm missing?
Cards like Waste Not only work with a few of your wheels. Notice, that Windfall, Teferi's Puzzle Box, Jace's Archivist and so on do not interact with that card.

PS: No love for Villainous Wealth? I feel like this is the perfect deck for the card.

Pommesmitsenf: Thanks for your suggestions and feedback. Rashmi was initially there to complement Vial's triggered ability and for value, but you are right that it doesn't really do much so I might replace it with something else. Day's Undoing is kinda like a wild card I'm testing right now but you're right that Time Spiral is indeed better. Waste Not has actually been doing a lot of work in this deck but I agree that it's trigger is not consistent and can be a dead draw sometimes. I've tested Villainous Wealth but honestly it's just too random for my liking.

Could someone explain why Windfall and Jace's Archivist don't work with Waste Not?

maddoxmtg: Windfall and Jace's Archivist works with Waste Not. The only windfall effect in my deck that does not interact with it is Winds of Change.

If I'm not mistaken Day's Undoing and Waste Not also don't work together because the turn ends, so you don't get the zombies or extra cards.

If you want to benefit from your opponents' discard Bloodchief Ascension could be good.

May I suggest +1 Notion Thief over leovold? Leovold adds protection but notion thief is INSANE in card draw and lock down when it comes to wheels. This is my very similar decklist for yidris: New Commander 2016
