Some sort of Panharmonicon control deck. Everything after turn 4 should be 2x. I'll explain.All creatures will benefit from entering the battlefield and double their control potential due to it; that is true for Angel of Sanctions, Hostage Taker as well as Champion of Wits( which I reccomend you not to cast from your hand if u dont have at least 2 cards in hand when you do; always good when eternalized), and also Sunscourge Champion to get 8 life and a powerful creature on board when eternalized.
Panharmonicon also makes some static enchantments work very well; that is true for Authority of the Consuls, and even more, for Trespasser's Curse.Panharmonicon+Trespasser's Curse+Dowsing Dagger
makes for an instant 8 damage drainlife combo! That's the reason why we run Glint-Nest Crane to dig either 4 (or 8 with panharmonicon); and weirdly Deadeye Quartermaster. In the lategame that could mean you get to find 2 daggers instead of one(w Panharmonicon), and play them together for a massive combo damage.
But since we dont want to rely solely on the burn combo, the deck is filled with ways to refill life and control the board(Fumigate above all, and Settle the Wreckage in the side against Gods and similar resilient beasts)). After that, we can eternalize our stuff back to the board and double their effect when entering through the good old Panharmonicon again.
You get the idea; it's somewhere in between the dagger burn combo and the UW eternalize deck that runs Anointed Procession.
I will add that Vizier of Deferment is an overall good card in this scenario, allowing for combat phase heavy control and even to retrigger our "when enter the battlefield" permanents, for example switching our Angel of Sanctions target with 1 or 2 different nonland permanent targets(with panharmonicon in, as always). Vizier's effect itself triggers 2 times with panharmonicon, allowing you to retrigger two times up to two creatures you might have on board(let's say best case scenario, 1 eternalized Champion of Wits and an Angel of Sanctions ((blocking or attacking, and blocking would be the best in the best case scenario)) you could retarget 2 nonland permanent and draw 4 discard 2 two times, digging 8). You get the idea I think.
