Sideboard

G/W Company Aggro with my own small flavor thrown in. Enjoy! Are you moist yet?

This deck is very similar to Craig Wescoe's G/W Company deck. BUT it has some changes here and there. This deck just plays all value creatures at a fast pace!

So I've revamped this deck and made it more streamline. It curves better and just doesn't have awkward draws with mana issues anymore and it just consistently puts threats that do stuff into play. The sideboard is something a little more generic but I think it's fine for the meta.

Main:

Collected Company = Our bread and butter of the deck. It grabs a possible 25 creatures from the main with an additional 6 in the side. This card is nuts.

Dromoka's Command = One of our best removal cards for the format. It does everything we need.

Valorous Stance = Another removal spell or protection spell. Gotta have it.

Den Protector = Buys back our spells and/or creatures. And the Den Protector+Deathmist Raptor combo is nice as always.

Avatar of the Resolute = I chose this guy over Seeker of the Way where most GW Company decks choose Seeker because of 3 things: 1) it has better late game potential because it can get bigger if I have counters on creatures which isn't hard, 2) Seeker didn't have very much value for his prowess triggers since there was 10 noncreature spells in the main (plus 3 bestowed Boon Satyr) so therefore, I would rather smash the opponent than worry about gaining life preboard, 3) It is the only way I can deal with flyers especially Stormbreath Dragon. Just attack and if they block, or let them attack and then block (also getting this with Collected Company is awesome as a combat trick) and then it either has a counter from its ETB Trigger or you have Dromoka's Command to give it that 4 power. Most creatures that are flying in the format (MOST) only have a toughness of 4 so therefore it is golden!

Fleecemane Lion = One of, if not the best threat in our deck. He can be hard to handle. His ability to just be a 2 drop vanilla creature is awesome. The fact that he can get Hexproof and Indestructible is HUGE.

Elvish Mystic = This guy just gets the ball rolling pretty fast. And he allows us to curve faster. Only 3 in the deck because I don't necessarily "need" him turn 1, but if I have him, that's great too. What's great is I can play him, then turn 2 play Avatar and a tapped land so I can still essentially curve out. With Seeker, I wouldn't be able to do that.

Boon Satyr = Our instant punisher that can just pump our dude or create a threat at instant speed. It's awesome bestowing him on a Den Protector to where they have basically no creature that can block him. Also, putting him on Avatar of the Resolute is very good as well because Avatar has trample.

Brimaz, King of Oreskos = He's hard to deal with early and although can't be played turn 2 unless you happen to have a Mana Confluence and another white source out, but still. He's hard to deal with and awesome to hit with Collected Company. 3 in the deck because this is my trump card. He's like my Goblin Rabblemaster in a sense but better because he dodges most early removal and can block like a champ, granted Siege Rhino can attack and block him but if I pump The King with Dromoka's Command he virtually becomes my own Rhino (power/toughness wise).

Deathmist Raptor = Helps our command be better on removal, and he's just a great recurring threat. Plus, even a 3/3 with deathtouch is amazing.

Surrak, the Hunt Caller = Our late game finishing punch. He can get haste and give other creatures haste pretty easily because every creature in the deck has the potential of having at least 3 power with the exception of Elvish Mystic but even then Mystic helps build our board faster and then can help get Surrak's trigger on board.

Warden of the First Tree = A 1 of because he's just too good. But in multiples, he's terrible. He can easily deal with aggro creatures and late game, he still is a viable threat. With him being on Mode 2, Boon Satyr bestowing him is still a great thing because he has trample.

Side:

Arashin Cleric = Necessary against aggro for a good chump blocker and lifegain is very, very relevant. He's just way underestimated. He blocks well and has relevance.

Valorous Stance = Because when it's good, it's very good.

Archetype of Courage = This dude is awesome. First strike for all my guys!? Hell yes. He can help get through some bees. And even mono red aggro so we can kill their dudes without losing our own. He just has a lot of uses.

Mastery of the Unseen = Our late game addition that is good against midrange and control. The lifegain is awesome and our creatures are relatively easy to flip. Some say to add it against aggro, but I find this way too slow to use against aggro. Our threats are all very good anyway, we don't need this against aggro for lifegain. A) We have bigger threats than most aggro decks, B) Arashin Cleric provides the lifegain we need to be fine.

Plummet = Our only way to actually just straight kill Stormbreath Dragon without blocking with Avatar. And it comes in handy against any deck utilizing too many flyers for their own good.

Glare of Heresy = Because Elspeth, Sun's Champion is hard to deal with. And it hits almost any Abzan creature, almost. And it can be good in the mirror.

Reclamation Sage = Because it hits Perilous Vault basically. And decks running too many enchantments I guess.

Updates Add

This deck has gone through a lot of changes, mainly in the sideboard, but ever since I figure out the good and the bad match ups, I have been steam rolling decks. Here is a list of decks that this deck has managed to overcome:

Esper Dragons, Mardu Dragons, B/W Warriors, 4-Color Company, Atarka Red, Mono-Red Aggro, Abzan Constellation/Assault formation, U/B control, Abzan Aggro, Abzan Control, and Temur Aggro/Dragons.

A widespread of different decks, but this deck has managed them all. Anything with Stormbreath Dragon in it certainly proves a more difficult challenge, and those decks are more of a toss up game - to - game, but I have fared pretty well against SBD and decks that use him.
