The goal of this deck is to make a semi-competitive, but also budget BUG mill deck with Phenax, God of Deception, Paradox Engine and lots of walls.

The combo i'm going for is to have both Phenax, God of Deception and Paradox Engine on the battlefield, along with other big toughness creatures, and play lots of cheap mill spells like Tome Scour and Thought Scour. The spells will untap all of the creatures I tapped with Phenax's ability.

The thing that worries me the most about this deck is going up against a deck like burn or storm, because most of my offense is defense in the form of walls and defenders.
