After my last attempt at building a rogue's tribal deck, I decided that three colors might be muddling the mixture a bit, so I cut it down to two. I want this deck to be ultra-budget and pioneer legal, that way I can have two pioneer decks. Yay. So...ended up making Dimir Rogue Tribal aggro, yay.

Important note: Teferi, Master of Time is not necessary in this brew, I just have him in there because I happen to own one and his effects are useful for card draw, problem creatures, and his ultimate can even be a wincon in certain cases.

I'm really experimenting with everything here, and instead of just going and building another deck, I'm going to change the deck focus to a rogues tribal-tempo-theme, but try to keep some of the stuff I already have.
