Budget restricts me from having Noble Hierarch in the place of Avacyn's Pilgrim and other things I could run with.

This is not competitive; I wanted to make a / deck after I opened both a regular and a foil Horizon Canopy from iconic masters. So I thought humans would be fun and not be too pricey.
