Wood Elemental
Creature — Elemental
As Wood Elemental enters the battlefield, sacrifice any number of untapped Forests.
Wood Elemental's power and toughness are each equal to the number of Forests sacrificed as it entered the battlefield.

Wood Elemental and Sorrow's Path are on pretty much every list of "worst M:tG cards ever". Anything you do with them is going to be gimmicky and flex-y at best, and self-defeating at (the much more likely) worst.
Allure of the Unknown has a proud place in my Rakdos group hug deck.
Prophecy and Goblin Sappers are overcosted/underproductive and have better options. There's nothing really strictly better, but if you're paying to make a creature unblockable for a turn and then lose it, you had better be winning the game right there--do you want to sacrifice it for some reason? If so, is there a better sac outlet? The delayed draw is generally going to be the best part of Propechy. Sideboard if you're playing in a scry- or top-deck-tutor-heavy meta and want some style points.
Winter Sky is unreliable and doesn't offer enough to build around. 1 damage to everything is fine for , and cheap drawing is good, but the player symmetry and randomness reduce its utility.
Asmodeus the Archfiend and The Toymaker's Trap are more fun than powerful, but they're still solid. They can be good build-around support for casual decks. I would say these are the best options if you want to put your brewing hat on.
This doesn't mean that these cards can't or shouldn't be used--if they look fun to you, go for it! But it's going to be hard to optimize most of them because they have a lot of hoops to jump through or just don't do anything worth doing.

Does anybody have any uses for the following cards? Perferably the deck is centered around that card. The cards I’m looking for ideas on are:
If you have any other cards, post them here.

Sai's masterpiece
Legendary artifact
you may look at the top 2 cards of your library
You may cast artifact cards with converted mana cost 3 or less from the top two cards of your deck
discard a card: mill 2 cards
"the Consulate of Kaladesh had taken Sai from his home, from his family, from his pet thopters to become the grand thopter smith of the omnipresent Consulate. He crafted the machine to see the future. It was his last ever work"
Super Island
Land - island island
: add
"that's alot of water"-a man who had never seen water in his life before
I got battered by a table with sai who got out an early Mystic Forge and because Sai, Master Thopterist doesn't look threatening nobody attacked them much.
also the super island would definitely improve the deck
next challenge:
create an old style rubbish card. not like a 1/1 for 3 in early magic a couple of cards were printed that might've looked okay from a distance but in practice just aren't good at all and are phenominally bad. some inspiration Wood Elemental Kaervek's Spite Sorrow's Path Aisling Leprechaun Thelonite Monk

jethstriker Good calls on those. I was considering using Wood Elemental as an example for worst of the worst, but went with less-infamous cards. Seriously, even in the early days, how did anyone think those cards would be usable? + sac two untapped forests for a 2/2 is bad compared to Barbary Apes or Radjan Spirit or, well, anything.

My input for your first tier is One with Nothing. Historically, many players tried to find a use for this card but nothing really significant came out of it.
For your worst of the worst I nominate Wood Elemental and Sorrow's Path. Seriously, I think even the most casual of players wouldn't dare touch these cards.

It looks fun. I dont necessarily know if it needs any changes. If nothing else, I would strongly recommend you consider Wood Elemental and Alabaster Leech, since I will be playing against this deck.
Akroma's Will or Garruk's Uprising are good options to make sure damage gets through for mass trample/protection. Run Rancor, you get it back for multiple plays every time its enchanted creature dies
You dont have much to interact with opponent's boards. Or to protect your own outside of avacyn. given the snowball you have where each card you play will draw you 1-5 more, you might be ok without interraction since you might just overwhelm everyone if you want to play it that way, but white gives a lot of the best options for removal.
Archon of Sun's Grace is almost a direct upgrade to Ajani's Chosen. Honestly i think they are both great to run, I would reconsider using them, Avenger of Zendikar, and maybe something like Eldrazi Monument. If you intend to keep it so that you primarilly win through attacking with a couple super beefy guys, Lightmine Field is silly
Food Chain will be REALLY helpful when youve drawn too many cards. both to give mana to play them, and to kill off your card advantage engines before they get you killed. Most enchantress effects are not "may" abilities.
As usual, I consider Reliquary Tower to be a bad card. Since you are going to have even more draw than mana in this deck, personally I would ditch it so I could discard to hand size and take advantage of the mass reanimate cards for enchantments like Brilliant Restoration, Resurgent Belief, Open the Vaults, Triumphant Reckoning, and the Replenish you already run.
They are very expensive mana-wise, but Legion Loyalty and True Conviction would do silly things as wincons in this deck. legion loyalty will give you an obscene number of creatures, enchantment creature ETB triggers, and bonuses to the cards that care about the number you have like all that glitters, and
