My take on a modern sultai delirium deck :)

Aim of the deck is very simple. play agressively with goyfs and try bin oculus. Use Unearth to bring back oculus without the additional casting cost usually required.

You should trigger delirium very quickly through thoughtscour, fetching, bauble etc. This means traverse can be used to help fix mana early or search for anything required. - Kiora or frog to dump the oculus from hand. - Oculus if you have cards which remove from hand. - Grist (counts as creature) if you want an extra delirium trigger for the goyfs.

In terms of sideboard - change depending on the meta at your local gamestore / place of playing. Consign - good against most things (counters the one ring, phlage ability etc.). Veil of summer - u/b control. nihil spellbomb - graveyard hate. break the ice - tron. toxic deluge - zoo. pick your poision - tron, breach (any deck that relies on artifacts really). surgical - good against a lot of decks (Oculus in u/b, any combo piece in breach/storm etc., phlage in any deck that uses him or just any card you are struggling to deal with)
