Bookrook: That's a neat downside! It's basically a "have another creature or simply have this die as you cast your next spell." Great design. And pretty fun in Kresh the Bloodbraided EDH :D

Kira, Great Glass-Spinner as a flying man deck seems pretty fun.

Braids, Conjurer Adept can do some pretty big things.

Atemsis, All-Seeing is a big one-shot commander.

If you're very much into keeping players from your stuff, try Kira, Great Glass-Spinner. This will definitely deter the targeted stuff anyway; the untargeted stuff is trickier to deal with but luckily also a lot less common. Maybe Shabraz, the Skyshark  ^Flip would also be fun in here. It actually goes infinite when combined with Drogskol Reaver. Enjoy your deck!

Hello NV_1980, Thank you for your input regarding my deck; I appreciate it. Although I would like to have Kira, Great Glass-Spinner as a backup for Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant, it may not be the best choice since Kira has the potential to counter my spells and abilities. I have yet to have a chance to play this deck, as it heavily relies on the opponent's actions. So, I am not sure if Kira will actually cause me problems. With that being said, I am adding Kira, Great Glass-Spinner to the maybeboard; since Kira, Great Glass-Spinner is a fantastic card, and I appreciate you pointing it out (I forgot this little ball of joy existed).

Nice deck. I'm toying with the idea of recommending Kira, Great Glass-Spinner for your list. On the one hand, it creates some redundancy for what Jin offers you. On the other hand, some of your abilities/spells are used to target your own permanents. Anxious to hear your thoughts.

Does Kira, Great Glass-Spinner work with lazav? I think that he becomes the target when the spell goes on the stack, so even if you transform him targeting Kira in response, i'm not sure she triggers.

I agree with multimedia that Spellskite is a good option.

Personally, I like Kira, Great Glass-Spinner the most, as it protects your whole board at a low mana cost.
