Being a Modern Dredge player, I wanted to see if I could take some of what I love and play it in Pauper. Enter Tortured Existence.

There is a small Dredge core which attempts to fill the Graveyard:

Cathartic Reunion
Faithless Looting
Stinkweed Imp
Golgari Brownscale

An opening hand Tortured Existence is desired, but it can be found with Vessel of Nascency hopefully! Resorting to 'normal' draws can be problematic. However, the deck can hold it's own and beat down if required.

The aim is to stall with Spore Frog and gain life with Golgari Brownscale. Wipe their board with Crypt Rats and beat down with Gurmag Angler, Horror of the Broken Lands and Arrogant Wurm using a 'flashbacked' Scourge Devil for extra value!

Honorable mentions to Grave Scrabbler for the value that he brings to the party, Krosan Tusker for the land and draw/Dredge enabling, Insolent Neonate for the draw/Dredge and Gnaw to the Bone for keeping us going.

Sideboard

Ancient Grudge for pesky artifacts - and Flashback.
Wickerbough Elder for pesky enchantments.
Lightning Axe when you just have to kill that creature - discard bonus.
Duress - it's Duress.
Spore Frog just in case...
Relic of Progenitus for Graveyard decks.
Mind Extraction is great against green, black or red decks.
Thorn of the Black Rose because being the monarch is cool.
