A deck based around surveilling to pump up little guys like Dimir Spybug and Thoughtbound Phantasm, move Creeping Chill and Lotleth Giant into the graveyard, and use Price of Fame, Unmoored Ego and other control to prevent the opponent from establishing board presence. The deck was originally based on copying Etrata, the Silencer, but it wasn't very efficient, so I've tried focussing on using the plethora of discard for black to add more hand control. Using this will help stall until Dimir Spybug and Thoughtbound Phantasm are big enough to wreck face, or pull my single Doom Whisperer.

This deck aims to do a lot, and I happily welcome any advice on how to narrow down it's focus. I hope to keep this a low budget deck, Doom Whisperer and Watery Grave are the only exceptionally high cost cards in here because I was lucky enough to pull them. I won't be using cards from any of the other sets, Just because of my personal preference.
