The idea behind the deck is to use a lot of powerful, efficient creatures early in the game to inflict as much damage as possible.

If the game goes long, there are a number of great late-game combos that potentially win the game quickly:

Fabled Hero + Spectra Ward yields a 5/5 with double strike and protection from all colors.

Archangel of Thune + Trostani, Selesnya's Voice gains life and 1/1 counters any time a creature enters the battlefield.

Archangel of Thune + Soul of Theros when Soul of Theros' ability is activated, Archangel of Thune's ability can be triggered multiple times in a single attack, depending on how many creatures you have on the board. (Which is usually quite a few with this deck. ) your creatures and your life total can potentially grow very large, very fast.

This is my first serious attempt at building a MTG deck. My goal for the deck is to make it FNM-competitive. Any feedback would be appreciated. Keep in mind that my Magic budget is $50/month max.
