This deck has some amazing synergy.

Kill troublesome threats with Ulvenwald Tracker. Make immortal Young Wolves and/or Strangleroot Geists with Zameck Guildmage. The Primordial Hydra is also something that can come out as an early threat or a late game devastator. These all support the growing capabilities of the evolvers like Cloudfin Raptor, Elusive Krasis, Gyre Sage, and Fathom Mage. Each serving a particular purpose in the deck such as flying support, unblockable, mana creation, and draw support. Champion of Lambholt lets you quickly create counters and make your creatures unblockable in many cases. They can also get pretty big thanks to evolve and support spells so each can become it's own win condition in and of itself. The Master Biomancer is probably the core card in the deck and is often used with the clones or increasing savagery (or for a limited time with simic charm) to make some amazing creatures later in the game. The clones can also be used to borrow an idea from an opponent or kill something legendary.

The support spells are pretty versatile as well especially the Simic Charm which will let you return your creature if playing it twice might benefit you, or stop an unstoppable threat, grow your creature to a giant and kill a threat or just do the little bit of extra damage necessary, or give all your creatures protection from your opponents spells or abilities. The cancels and redirects are for late game surprises but can also generally be used to slow your opponents early game on some draws. If something goes wrong early game then you can usually stabilize using Gnaw to the Bone while you rebuild your army.

The single Cavern Of Souls is usually assigned to elves to aid the Gyre Sage, Zameck Guildmage, and Master Biomancer. I can be forced to misassign it in desperation early game but even then it's still useful. I don't think adding more would be worth it however.

The sideboard is for everything else I could imagine stopping this deck. Cyclonic Rifts to slow faster armies or remove those annoying decks that stop all your attacks with silly enchantments and other tricks. Hunger of the Howlpack is an underrated card especially with undying and a good number of early drops in your deck. Stolen Identity can be especially fun when something can't be blocked like the Elusive Krasis, a trampling Primordial Hydra, a flying Cloudfin Raptor, or a larger (unless he doesn't need to be larger) Champion of Lambholt.

The biggest threat to my deck is people taking one of my creatures especially if I spent a lot of time making it larger. Particularly be careful with the Champion of Lambholt and the Primordial Hydra because they can be huge threats to you late game if your opponent can change their alliance. The best bet is to always make sure you can block your own Champion of Lambholt if someone were to grab it or have a Simic Charm or Cancel available to stop such a thing from happening.

Advice courteously accepted.

Edited sideboard of deck to add rapid hybridization. Can be helpful when people attempt to grab my creatures as that has been seen as a weakness and also can combo out with it in multiple ways to end up with 3 meaty attackers by turn 3 which is pretty good for those cases where you need to move quickly. Removed stolen identity. It's a great card but it creates yet another creature that if stolen can be my destruction.
