Thopter Engineer into Shape Anew into Blightsteel Colossus equals swinging for 11 points of trampling poison damage turn 4. In the meantime, the deck plays a fairly straightforward control/tempo-ish game similar to Splinter Twin (albeit not as well).

Note that you can't run any artifacts other than Blightsteel Colossus! This deck thus runs token producers and Inkmoth Nexus/Blinkmoth Nexus as support.

This is the budget version, the aim being to remain below $100.
