A while ago I put together a mono-black rat deck list for a close friend. I don't know if he ever built it but from time to time I think about that deck. Then Wilds of Eldraine came out as rats went rakdos in the color pie. This is my attempts at a rakdos rat deck. Does it need help? Yes. Are suggestions welcome? Absolutely.
