This deck is the base of Modern's most consistent turn 2-3 win. In order to understand it completely, please read everything below.

How does it work? Show

This deck aims to cast the three Cascade spells (Violent Outburst, Demonic Dread, and Ardent Plea) as quickly and consistently as possible, using the Cascade mechanic to WIN.

What's with Cascade? Show

The three Cascade spells in this deck exile the top card of your library until they hit the only card that cost less than 3 mana (Breaking / Entering) and you cast it for free.

So? After you actually hit Breaking / Entering, you can chose which side you cast for free, so you can mill yourself the first time (with Breaking), then cheat an overpowered creature into play with a Cascaded Entering.

Tips and tricks Show

• The Cascade mechanic happens even if they counter the Cascade card itself.

• Dismember is really just a 1 mana creature removal spell with a official mana cost of 3.

• Fury of the Horde is great, as it allows you to have multiple combat phases during the same turn you combo off, often game winning with Griselbrand and Gisela, Blade of Goldnight.

• If you have Breaking in hand already, you actually don't need to Cascade it.

• Entering actually gives your creature haste, so you can attack right away.

• If you have both Chancellor of the Tangle and Gemstone Caverns in hand, you can reveal the Chancellor of the Tangle FIRST then exile it to use Gemstone Caverns so it doesn't become a dead card. Three mana turn one too! (With another land)

• Turn 1 wins are possible!
