How to use the deck:

The key to a large portion of succeeding it selecting one of these starting hands, then using them to gain lots of tempo. To keep a hand, it SHOULD include:

• 2 Lands

  • 1 Land and Ornithopter + Springleaf Drum works as well.
  • Darksteel Citadel helps increase artifact counts + has some synergies.
  • Island or Springleaf Drum necessary if you have 2 or more colored cards.

• 1 or maybe 2 ramp cards

  • Ensoul Artifact + flying creature (maybe Darksteel Citadel if you have 2 other "lands")
  • Cranial Plating (and some Artifacts)
  • Military Intelligence/Curiosity

• 2-3 artifact creatures (at least one flying creature prefered)

  • Ornithopter
  • Memnite
  • Vault Skirge
  • Signal Pest

• 1 Other

  • Thoughtcast is amazing with enough artifacts
  • Etherium Sculptor helps you play your hand quickly + is an artifact
  • Vapor Snag since the deck kills fast anyways, one creature gone for a turn or two is enough, plus the damage extra is nice!

  • Chief Engineer helps play the Cranial Platings and Ghirapur OrreryPlay your hand easily, play Ghirapur Orrery, PROFIT.

• Tips

  • This deck is built to work together. Never keep a hand with cards that don't have great synergy. (for example: 1 land, 2 Springleaf Drum, 1 Etherium Sculptor, 3 Ensoul Artifact = not that great hand)

Any other smart decisions you make are great, and remember this deck is SUPER BUDGET! ~$32 TOTAL
