This deck started life as a modern millstone deck then evolved to include Thing in the Ice so there is the additional win condition of beating them with the Thing. Almost every spell draws a card to feed Sphinx's Tutelage in addition to removing ice counters from Thing.

Edit: First major revision. TITI is now in the sideboard to provide a plan B against the right decks. Mainboard is pure mill now.
