Basically this deck is a Guttersnipe / Nivmagus Elemental focussed heavily theory-crafted combo deck.

Rationalization: Basically my deck is built around getting multiple Guttersnipe and Nivmagus Elemental out onto the field and then pumping my Nivmagus Elemental with dual casting equipped to my guttersnipe while my opponents get damage from Guttersnipe regardless of what I focus my instants / sorcery on.

I put in the goblin electromancers and then focused my spells on slightly higher mana but always having the highest possible number of colorless cost as well as overloads that are significantly colorless allowing me to cast game-changing lategame spells at a significantly reduced cost. As well they make my early game spells cost 1 mana allowing me a lot of actions and flexibility every turn.

My delvers are in the deck because it is a primarily instant and sorcery focused deck and thus I put them in due to their amazing mana efficiency in such decks.

My greatest concern in this deck is that my Curiosity and Tandem Lookout are all going to be focused on my guttersnipe to constitute my draw. however this makes my gurttersnipe an insanely high value target and I'm not sure I have enough in the deck to keep him safe. I am also not sure if Syncopate is affected by goblin electromancers making it quite mana efficient (I feel like it wouldnt be) if it does work I may add it in.

Another concern is one I saw in a deck called son-of-instant-winner Is that guttersnipe and some burns by themselves are not enough and the focus of the deck should be the combo of guttersnipe and nivmagus eating the majority of the burns. Also lowering the cost of all the spells and thus eliminating the need for goblin electromancer. I feel this is not true in all cases and that I have enough burns to win the game even against a deck with life gain (espcially since thats a counter focus for me) but would appretiate some input on that matter as well.
