Why not cast Polymorph on Forbidding Watchtower or Genju of the Fields or Myth Realized? Those are creatures that will always be there when you need them and won't die to spot removal.

Also against burn I recommend First Response as a token generator. You can throw in Adarkar Wastes to trigger it whenever you have the health.

You made some interesting suggestions. I really like Forbidding Watchtower as a four-of in mainboard. It takes no space for wincons, fogs or utility and the loss in speed (enteres tapped) is ok. I will test it with Myth Realized in Sideboard for only 8 tokenproducer. With Polymorph and the two fatties it takes only 10 Cards for the transform. So i will test some cards against burn in SB.

Sure Emrakul, the Aeons Torn seems better at the first look. But Progenitus plays around Restoration Angel, Flickerwisp, Aether Spellbomb, Oblivion Ring, Detention Sphere and all kind of answers to emi. A lot of people forget about the fact, that emi is only save against spells but not against abilities.

Sounds like you hit an efficient spot needed for the transform. Nice.

• Demon of Death's Gate
• Pathrazer of Ulamog

On budget I like Akroma, Angel of Wrath + Sphinx of the Steel Wind the most. A good package of protection against most removal + vigilance, flying, first strike and lifelink/haste will end the game quick.

I am really enjoying playing this deck!

However I am noticing that it has trouble with game 1 if I don't draw Sphinx's Tutelage by the time I use up all my fogs. I think it might be worth your while to get a recurring fog in there either via Isochron Scepter or something similar.

Also my favorite combo is t3 on their end step counter your own Holy Day with Swan Song into a Polymorph on t4. I would go all in for swan song just for that. Forget Negate. You have Oblivion Ring to handle planeswalkers and artifacts.

Hey, i was thinking, how about Iona, Shield of Emeria, i know it doesn't kill in 2 turns, but it has sudo protection & in 3 turns it's 21 damage, please let me know what you think
