Want to change the whole gameplan after sideboarding?

Hate people?

Why dont you play TurboFog Transformer in Modern?

For the Turbofog plan the main Shell is:

The gameplan is quite simple: Buy time with fogs till you mill your opponent to death with Sphinx's Tutelage and a couple of draw engines.

Thanks to mainboard Rest in Peace we should be able to mill everything.

Your Opponent will board out any sort of creature-, spot- and massremoval. He will board in artifact- and enchantment hate.

Put in Polymorph and Emrakul.

Other Sideboardplan:

Against Burn: Stay at the mill strategy and put in Luminesce and Repel the Abominable for Ethereal Haze and Holy Day .

Expecting Leyline of Sanctity or Chalice of the Void side in our Disenchant s.

Playing against Combo decks like Scapeshift, Ad Nauseam or Storm: put in Luminesce and Repel the Abominable for Ethereal Haze and Holy Day .

For the Polymorph plan the main shell is:

We have a lot of time for Polymorph thanks to our fog effects. Cast Polymorph when you have also mana for a fog effect if you don't win with one attack.

If you use Swan Song you can counter one of your own spells on T3 to Polymorph on T4.

Emrakul, the Aeons Torn vs Progenitus :

Emrakul has protection from spells but not from abilities. Flickerwisp , Aether Spellbomb , Oblivion Ring , Detention Sphere , Deputy of Detention , Reflector Mage and a lot more have triggered abilities. The disruptive ability is on the stack after the spell is cast. Emrakul is not save from these. We are playing a rather slow game with this deck so it's not unlikely that our opponent sacrifices six permanents to Emrakul and still has enough resources to cast one of these disruptive effects. In fact it happend a lot to me in games against Death and Taxes ( Flickerwisp , Eldrazi Displacer at instant speed before attacking -> no annilator trigger) and Humans ( Reflector Mage ).

Sure Emrakul, the Aeons Torn is the stronger choise with the annilator ability but objectively Progenitus has more protection and evasion and is a saver pick for a 2 turn clock.

This said I still play with Emrakul at the moment.

2 - 1 UB Mill

2 - 0 Burn

Thanks to Leyline and our new fog this matchup was way better.

0 - 2 Scapeshift

Both matches lost to 2x Cryptic into Scapeshift. Both time bounced Leyline + Land. Wrong fog in hand when he went off. Maybe a harder matchup than i thought.

0 - 2 Naya Human Heroic

Never saw that coming. Of cause I drew a lot "prevent [...] non-human sources"...

2 - 0 GW Hexproof
