Pretty Standard UR control, updated for Hour of Devestation.

Card Choices:

• 4x Torrential Gearhulk, Glimmer of Genius, Harnessed Lightning, Aether Hub are no brainers.
• 4x Hieroglyphic Illumination, since the cycling is so cheap and having 8 "draw 2" spells is awesome for your lategame.
• 3x Censor seems to be a reasonable choice
• 4x Disallow, 1x Essence Scatter, 1x Negate: Many people would play a smaller amount of disallows and at least one more Essence Scatter. Not sure about that.
• 2x Magma spray: awesome card, almost every deck ahve some x/2 oder x/1 to kill right off the bat.
• 3x Abrade: Kills everything.
• 2x Supreme Will: Super versatile.

Sideboard:

• Dragonmaster Outcast, Dispel and the Sphinx are the trump cards against control
• Chandra and Sweltering Suns is the Trump against go wide strats
• Magma Spray for massive GY recursion
• Crook of Condemnation against Amalgam decks.
