This is my Grixis list as it stands, however I'm looking to get this built for Theros to hit. There are stand-ins from previous Standard holding the place while I acquire all the nitty-gritty pieces. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Augur of Bolas is stand-in for Omenspeaker
The guildgates are to be replaced by the Scry-lands as they are acquired
Copies of Nephalia Drownyard are to become Mutavault or potentially dropped
One of the Slaughter Games should be a Reap Intellect
Rakdos Charm to potentially turn into Jace, Memory Adept
