This is my take on Grimgrin's Mortician by obiewun.

Still need to get the sideboard in order.

sideboard:

Ratchet Bomb: vs token decks; replace Grave Pact.

Nihil Spellbomb: vs decks that use graveyard manipulation (although this possibly won't be necessary).

Endless Ranks of the Dead: vs decks with low creature count (e.g. control decks); replace Grave Pact.

Memoricide : only side in after having trouble against a deck; side in to remove trouble card/s. It will probably see most play against decks with only a few key cards (e.g. combo decks), and decks with enchantment removal. I would suggest replacing a Grave Pact, a Nantuko Husk , and a Go for the Throat.
