It's a off brand cheerios deck. (Budget)

1. Land
2. Land plus Puresteel Paladin or Sram, Senior Edificer possible combo off turn but very risky
3. Land than play those Artifacts! When you are out of them just Retract them back. Then when you rack up 19+ spells in one turn use Grapeshot and win the game!

Sideboard handles most deck at my lgs. change the board to fit yours.

To make this deck even more budget swap the painlands and fast lands for plains and a couple islands. though you will want two plains on turn two and at least a Paradise Mantle or island on turn three.
