Proliferate engine: Use proliferate to generate mana off Pentad Prism and Coalition Relic, as well as keep your Narset Transcendent healthy.

Use Narset Transcendent's +1 to get pieces, and her -2 to rebound your proliferate spells (Narset Transcendent + Tezzeret's Gambit is draw 4 over 2 turns for 3 colourless...while giving other proliferate effects...)

Remand is just a plain ol' tempo card.
