Hollow with the addition of Electrodominance and wheel of fate.
So I've crafted a couple of decks around the Hollow One theme and think I'm most pleased with this version. I originally started out trying to make madness a viable modern deck and realized that Hollow One had everything I love excluding vampires. The idea of discarding cards to my advantage is very appealing to me.
So I've built a glass cannon combo that works really well and fairly consistently. Originally I had used Shadow of the grave to get the turn three combo (Flameblade Adept + Noose Constrictor + Shadow of the Grave = 19 damage turn three (doing one damage turn 2 with Flameblade Adept)). However, not getting the combo off, meant that drawing a shadow of the grave later just left you with a dead card in hand.
Now that Electrodominance has been printed, it allows you to do a similar combo turn three, that requires four cards instead, but doesn't give you a dead card later in the game. Being allowed to cast wheel of fate turn two even at instant speed could be really fun too. (Flameblade + Noose + Electrodominance + wheel of fate = 23 Even if you have to play a land and then faithless looting/burning Inquiry into it)
BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!!!
Even if you can get one Hollow One out turn one and Noose turn two, swinging for four turn two with H1 then 16 turn three with Noose, the combo and one bolt. That's assuming they don't fetch or shock.

The combo is amazingly well suited to get out a lot of Hollow One's in a single turn! Two red mana to dump three and draw seven is crazy powerful!! It's so powerful in fact, that it's making me question the glass cannon and just going straight for Vengevine. Even four Simians for the turn one combo could be amazing.
For sideboard, you just flip it back into regular Hollow One, hoping they won't sideboard for the traditional approach, but instead looking to interrupt your combo.
I feel like this deck is quite consistent and can't wait to see what it can do in tournaments.
