Fill the board with a bunch of low cost vampires like Vampire Conquistador , Legion's Landing   and Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle then deal direct damage with Sanctum Seeker and Bishop of the Bloodstained. Dusk, Cast Out and Gifted Aetherborn provide some needed removal. I know Fatal Push and Metallic Mimic would be good additions but they are a bit out of price range atm. Please lemme know what you think in comments!
