Looking at using Eldrazi Displacer in an abzan build. There are some really nice targets for the flicker ability.

I am thinking of taking this to Game Day so any input would be welcome :) (this went really well at Game Day)

Siege Rhino : This was the first and most obvious target. Enough said.

Gideon, Ally of Zendikar: Make him a 5/5. Attack. Second main phase flicker him and them make a 2/2 knight

Wingmate Roc: Possibly overlooked by some, but the raid trigger is ETB not cast so you can make more and more birds.

Arashin Cleric : This guy is be SB for aggro decks, but I think with UR prowess about there will be more aggro decks to deal with and flickering for 3 life might be enough to buy some time.

Nissa, Vastwood Seer  : This deck would love to flicker multiple times a turn and flickering Nissa can help make sure you do not miss a land drop.
