This deck's trying to cast Goblin Chainwhirler and History of Benalia, Settle the Wreckage and Rekindling Phoenix, and Lyra Dawnbringer and Siege-Gang Commander. Nearly 85% of the time, the mana base works 100% of the time.

It's greedy. But somehow, at least in testing, it works. Karn, Scion of Urza is in there for card draw. I'm not sold on the instants, but they're good reach and early removal. Furthermore, I can't decide if the 3-1 split is right for Lyra and Goblin Tosser. I may end up 2-2. Shalai's in there for protection against dat Teferi.
