This is (so far) my own take on the once known 'Dirty Kitty' deck from Extended back in the day. Recently with the reprinting of Skirk Prospector, it's more likely to be a combo deck with Fecundity within the confines of Modern.

The idea is to get a Fecundity on the board with a Skirk Prospector while generating some excess mana with Akki Rockspeaker and Mogg War Marshal, if you have a Goblin Warchief down things get out of hand even quicker. Ideally with Fecundity, this will allow us to find an Empty the Warrens and make a very large amount of Goblin tokens to swing with.

Noxious Revival is for redrawing anything important to the combo given that we may have discarded it to Commune with the Gods, or find a land late game given we discarded it to Magmatic Insight. I'm using 21 lands for now. I believe that it is the correct number to consistently hit land drops, while also providing some gas for discard, although I may be swayed to go down to 20.

This is unlikely to be optimized, but I needed to get a list down to start working with it.
