After significant playtesting I've come up with a more flexible list that doesn't use Collected Company, going instead for more targeted singletons that make a larger impact on the board. The main reason there is no CoCo is because I need to be able to have more control of the cards I get. Right now there aren't many other high impact etb elves other than Shaman of the Pack. This deck is really consistent with combo-ing for lethal around turn 6 or 7 without ever attacking. Rally the Ancestors is stupid after a board wipe. It makes a board wipe potentially deadly for your opponent...which is awesome.
