Jeskai control with Titi and Nahiri-Emrakul Combo finish.

I've been debating between negate and mana leak but decided that having a hard counter against scapeshift or karn is better than mana leak which will be less effective late game. We have a plethora of creature removals and no solid answers for planeswalkers and problematic combo pieces that it is better to just run hard counters.
