Sideboard

All about taking your opponents major cards. Use Daring Thief to trade the tokens from Akroan Horse, Raise the Alarm and Master of Waves for your opponent's creatures. With all of the card advantages that you already have, Ephara, God of the Polis and Thassa, God of the Sea guarantee you to have a pretty nice looking, full hand all of the time.

MAINBOARD:

Daring Thief : Our #1 card. Trade off all of your tokens for things that matter. The best way for that to happen is with Springleaf Drum, convoke, or Thassa, God of the Sea.

Kiora's Follower : This will help Daring Thief thieve with ease. It's not so bad for mana ramping either.

Springleaf Drum : In here for basically the same reason that Kiora's Follower is in the deck. Decent mana fixing while letting me tap Daring Thief w/o attacking.

Master of Waves : Badass creature that spits out tokens for us to trade / attack with.

Akroan Horse : I really wanted to be able to play this creature, so I started out building this deck with it in mind.

Real awesome card that will spit out all the tokens that you need to trade off plus some more for good measure. They come in on your opponent's turn, so they're always there to block if you need 'em to.

Ephara, God of the Polis : The perfect card draw for this deck. I'll have tokens flowing in with Akroan Horse on my opponent's turn. So I get to draw 2 cards on my turn, plus 1 on my opponent's if I play a creature on my own turn. Plus the 6/5 indestructible for 4 is hard to pass up.

Chasm Skulker : This guy gets gigantic with Ephara, God of the Polis out. When he dies he'll drop a bunch of trading fodder tokens. It's a little worse, though, since I'll have some islands that they can walk through.

Perplexing Chimera : In case your opponent isn't already perplexed enough. Steal spells before even having to steal them with Daring Thief. Your opponent will take control of it, but you'll be able to just steal it back with the Daring Thief.

Elspeth, Sun's Champion : Trading fodder/ win con. Kills scary things if need be.

Kiora, the Crashing Wave : Let's me swing all of my creatures w/o killing Akroan Horse. I can also stall games when I'm low on combo pieces. Luckily most of my combo pieces will stall the game on their own (akroan horse]], Raise the Alarm , Elspeth, Sun's Champion).

Stubborn Denial : Early game protection against kill spells.

Polymorphist's Jest : I can cast this so that all of the opponent's creatures will trade with any of my tokens.

SIDEBOARD

Polymorphist's Jest : In case of aggro decks that are too fast for me to take all their shit.

Banishing Light : For non-creature threats. I don't really have too many enchantments to trade with Daring Thief.

Raise the Alarm : For fast decks where I need some cheep blockers. More tokens for trading off as well.

Negate : Countering counterspells

Disdainful Stroke : I have to be able to counter board wipes

Thassa, God of the Sea : Used mainly for the ability to make one of my creatures unblockable. This is important for allowing inspired to go off as well as getting damage through without letting the opponent block with Akroan Horse. The scry every turn is pretty sweet too. Side this in over Kiora, the Crashing Wave against control decks since it's easier to cast and harder to get rid of.
