A Modern deck based around annoying the everliving daylights out of people. Stop them from dealing damage and cycle your deck with Gaea's Blessing + Wheel of Sun and Moon so that you can prevent getting milled out. Tajuru Preserver is for Annihilator and sacrifice prevention. The win-cons are Azor's Elocutors and if worse comes to worse then outliving the opponent. Isochron Scepter is for being able to cast good cards consistently such as Dawn Charm for slight counter or regenerating your Azor's Elocutors, Ethereal Haze for overall creature protection, or Hallow for instant and sorcery protection. Gideon of the Trials protects against game winning conditions while also providing damage prevention.
