This is my take on budget UR Delver for modern, featuring Opt and Chart a Course from Ixalan. It's also the deck I'm planning to build as a starting point for modern. It can easily (but not cheaply) be upgraded adding Snapcaster Mage and improving the mana base. A third color can also be added and go for a Grixis, Jeskai or Temur build.
