Sideboard

This deck is centered around prophet and getting the edge in with her. I tried a variation of this deck without her and I felt so naked, also she is bae. Only two in the deck to avoid a heavy prophet situation and more counterspell ammo. Fleecemane is in for mainboard antiaggro, and it's vvery possible to win with him. His monstrous also syncs fantastically with End Hostilities. Dragonlard Dromoka is a win condition as well as life gain and provides spell protection on my turn. Flashing her in with prophet at the end of an opponents turn is ideal. Dissolve is the main counterspell of the deck and a scry source. I have found negate extremely useful in many situations, but its limitations make it a two of. Ojutai's command is amazing for life gain, card draw, countering, and returning fleecemane. Anticipate, Jace's, and Dragonlard's are in for card advantage. Learn from the Past is in the deck because I really like it and it resupplies counterspells and creatures. Planeswalkers Elspeth and Kiora work quite well with this deck, from providing chumps to halting a big threat. Elspeth's soldiers also work beautifully with Devouring light which is fantastic, especially when dealing with Deathmitsts.

The land base makes this a little slow because it's heavy on scry lands, and it has lost me a few games, but I like them. Tranquil cove is rather weak in the deck, but I'm too poor for flooded strands.

Reality shift is a great spot removal, and the manifest cost is acceptable as long as a fleecemane is on board. Radiant purge is a beautiful anti-abzan card, but has lost a little attraction with the saturation of den-deathmist decks. Arashin cleric is in there for more anti-aggro fuel. Aetherspouts is a replacement for end hostilities. Banishing Light used to be mainboard, but it's become quite dead with Dromoka's command, but one is still sideboarded for spot removals. Kheru is generally not a good card, but it works quite well with Prophet and doubles as both a body and a counterspell.
