how does the interaction between Sigil Captain and Coat of Arms work?

If I have a Sigil Captain and a Coat of Arms out and I play Chatter of the Squirrel would the squirrel token get the counters? I am trying to decide if I want to run them together

Thanks! I should have looked there first. I was only going to run one. Perhaps I will text to see how it works

Unfortunately not. Don't forget to check the Gatherer rulings, as this is straight from Sigil Captain's:
5/1/200: Sigil Captain's ability checks a creature's initial power and toughness upon being put on the battlefield, so it will take into account counters that it enters the battlefield with and static abilities that may give it a continuous power boost once it's on the battlefield (such as the one on Glorious Anthem).
Coat of Arms is also a static buff, and if there is another creature that shares a creature type, the now not-1/1 creature would not get any counters.
If there are no other Squirrels, the Chatter of the Squirrel token will get counters from Sigil Captain, but Coat of Arms will buff it if there are.
