Does Sigil Captain trigger before or after Elemental Bond triggers?

I'm trying to create a Ghave, Guru of Spores edh deck and thought about using both Elemental Bond and Sigil Captain. So if a 1/1 saproling creature token enters the battlefield from Ghave, Guru of Spores, would I get a 3/3 saproling then draw a card or would i just get a 3/3 saproling and no draw?

That's sad, I hoped that I could get some more draw power but thanks, some interactions can be so confusing sometimes.

3/3 Saproling and no draw. For Elemental Bond to trigger, the creature needs to be a 3/3 when it enters the battlefield but the Saprolings enter as 1/1s and then get two +1/+1 counters when Sigil Captain's ability resolves, so the Bond won't trigger.
