sigil captain and cathar's crusade interaction

If I play Cathars' Crusade and Sigil Captain one turn and on the next I go to play Storm Herd (putting a mass of tokens onto the board all at once), can I choose in what order the abilities resolve? I.e., can I choose to have sigil captain give them all two +1/+1 counters before they all get a big mass of counters from cathar's crusade?

Any time multiple abilities would trigger at once, you can put them on the stack in the order you want. You can absolutely have the Sigil Captain add counters first.
