HI TEAM! I'm looking for any final tweaks that could be offered, as I intend to take this to a game day in the next week. Problems I've noticed, is that after the removal waves, I can often be left drawing into creature enhancements, with no creature to buff. Sideboard would be to add in more creatures, and go for the longer game, but let's see what everyone's thoughts are.

This deck is my only deck put together at the moment. I am really devoting all of my time that is on Magic the Gathering to this deck for now.

The reason why I am is because:

A. This Friday's FNM has a buy in of $15 so the prizes are bigger. 1st place gets a little bit more than a booster box. You choose what packs out of standard you want. I think it is 26-30 packs depending on how many people enter.

B. I want to be able to place good at the Game Day tournaments this Saturday and Sunday. If I end up going to them I hope to do good in them.

If I don't end up doing good with this deck or if I feel like this deck isn't ready by Friday I will using deck:Demons and their Minnions (It's my version of the mono black aggro deck.

Desecration Demon and possible sideboard changes.

After playing around with him I've found that Desecration Demon is a beast of a 4 drop and fits the spot that I had originally placed Reaper of the Wilds in. He straight up poops on aggro and goes a long way into securing a position on the board and giving your opponent something to chew on while you get ready to drop another threat on turn 5. He's also less of a dead draw when looking for a win condition if a game starts to drag, whereas Underworld Connections can only help you search further. Still considering sideboarding a connections over my Sin Collectors, but we'll see how that goes. My meta is fairly aggro heavy but I want to have options for control and other midrange, and those matchups seem favorable for me already with the deck being pretty much entirely threats and kill spells of some kind.

Apologies for not giving a rundown of FNM last week, as I didn't actually get the chance to go. Any playtesting has been done on my own time but I'm trying to practice with this deck as much as possible as it's really my favorite so far. Thanks for all the comments and +1's!

realizing the onslaught set was not in modern i had to change it around i took out all the goblin tokens making illness in the ranks no longer a problem and i add green for explore it makes me able to get so much land at once especially when copied

Went 3-1 at FNM Match 1: Win vs Selesnya
This deck was sort of a casual/ janky deck and he didn't seem to have any options for my big demons. Match 2: Win vs Izzet
This deck was sort of a human/ izzet control deck with keranos. Game 1, cyclonic rift won me the game, even though he had some buff humans with a door of destiny out. He runs izzet staticaster with gorgons head combo to snipe creatures. Unfortunately, dakra mystic and notion thief got sniped but he wasn't able to get the combo. Game 2, thoughtseize wrecked his hand and he had no answers to my master of the feast/ notion thief combo. I drew into my removal with the combo and was drawing 2 on my turn and an extra on his turn thanks to dictate of kruphix. Match 3: 1-2 Loss vs American Control
Won round 1, was able to flash in my notion thief and draw 5 cards off of Sphinxs revelation. I was able to bury a supreme verdict with dakra mystic and i negated an anger of the gods. My demons and a gray merchant won the game. Games 2 and 3 I had no answers to Keranos. I did flash him in to draw a card off of a land draw, got a couple demons out but got supreme verdicted, and lost to aetherling. Game 3, I had him the next turn but he top decked supreme verdict with 1 card in hand. Match 4: Win vs Maze's End/ Control
I was able to bury all 3 of his izzet guildgates with my dakra mystic before he could get maze's end out. At that point, he had no wincon since he doesn't run any big bomb creatures. I eventually burned all his damage prevention out and was able to whittle him down. Game 2, I thoughtseized a slaughter games from his hand, and a few turns later I buried his other with dakra mystic. I cast ashiok, milled a prophet of kruphix, cast it next turn, flashed in my dictate thanks to the untap. Was able to get 3 notion thieves out and was able to draw 8 cards per turn. I cast all my demons via nykthos and was able to swing in for > 40 damage the next turn, negating his fog and last card in hand. Overall, this deck was hilariously fun to play. Stealing cards from keranos, revelation, and urban evolution is a sight to behold.

-3 Desecration Demon; +3 Master of the Feast. The cheaper cost appeals to me more than the alternative removal, and I don't really care if my opponent draws cards, unless I'm against control.

Also -1 Forest; +1 Sylvan Caryatid. Still testing out how this would work.

As of late, I'm considering putting in Gavony Township in favor of Selesnya Guildgate, mostly for what tokens I'll get. But what else would you use it for?

Got more cards so I more or less took the deck apart and put it back together....now with a planeswalker!
