An Ikoria take on the Flash deck, where our goal is twofold.

1.) To arrive at enough lands and mana by turn 4 to bring most, if not all, of our cards online. 2.) Use Slitherwisp and Nightpack Amusher to accumulate enough value and board presence to end the game after exhausting our opponents.

Everything that doesn't feed into these two ideas in meant to stifle and trip up our opponents until we're ready to take control.
