Mostly U/W control splashing red for Saheeli Rai. The deck is built around Panharmonicon with all the creatures having ETBs. Saheeli Rai is best as a mid-late game play in conjunction with something else, as her early game board pressence is atrocious. The idea is Saheeli is a toolbox with all the ETB creatures, and Panharmonicon greatly increases the value of each individual creature we play. Some emphasis on artifact count for Glint-Nest Crane and instants for Torrential Gearhulk.
