Delver of Secrets   deck with Miracles! A few notable cards and interactions:

Thought Scour clears your opponent's tutored card from Scheming Symmetry and lets you draw your own (but it won't be your first card that turn unless you cast it on your opponent's upkeep, so tutor wisely!) Often best to have 3 mana available: to tutor, to thought scour on their upkeep, then / to cast the miracle you draw. Also clears their card after Vanishment , making it psuedo-removal.

Ice-Fang Coatl flashes in to draw a card on opp’s turn, triggering miracle.

Collective Brutality is a super efficient way to ditch miracles that were in your opening hand (or you just didn't have a good target for at the time). Feel free to Noxious Revival them on your opponent's end step!

Remand triggers miracle on your opponent's turn, which is occasionally very helpful.

Scheming Symmetry is an all-star in this deck: it makes sure Delver flips the turn after you cast symmetry, and also guarantees a miracle (eg if Delver doesn't flip on T2, you can Symmetry for a Blessings of Nature for a T3 swinging 7/6 flyer, then Noxious Revival for a T4 11/10).

UPDATE: Haven’t revisited this deck in a while, but I feel like the new Strixhaven commands could be decent, so I’m testing them out.
